Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Model Builder to join a high-performing team supporting enterprise planning and financial transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Anaplan models and should be comfortable working in a fully remote environment across U.S. time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, enhance, and maintain Anaplan models to support business planning processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Anaplan solutions
Develop dashboards, modules, workflows, lists, and complex calculations within Anaplan
Optimize existing Anaplan models for performance, scalability, and usability
Support data integration activities between Anaplan and external systems
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions
Participate in model architecture discussions and best practice implementation
Work closely with cross-functional teams in Agile project environments
Required Skills:
12+ years of overall IT experience with strong enterprise planning background
5+ years of hands-on experience working as an Anaplan Model Builder
Strong expertise in Anaplan model building, modules, dashboards, lists, and data hubs
Experience with FP&A, workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, or supply chain planning
Strong understanding of Anaplan best practices and model optimization techniques
Experience integrating Anaplan with other enterprise applications and data sources
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Anaplan Model Builder Certification preferred
Airline industry experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with large enterprise clients
Experience working in remote and distributed team environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
