Associate Attorney (General Liability/Professional Liability) - Hybrid work arrangement - San Diego, CA

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in general liability and/or professional liability. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills, along with significant expertise in discovery and law and motion practice, are essential. Responsibilities
* The Associate Attorney will collaborate with clients to identify optimal legal conflict resolutions and strategies.
* They will attend court hearings and legal proceedings, conduct legal research, and work closely with senior attorneys to provide legal counsel.
* Preparing various legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and legal proceedings.
* Maintain open communication with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure efficient case management.
* Organize case files to ensure easy accessibility for fellow attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
Qualifications
* Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills are essential for effective collaboration with staff and clients at all levels.
* Ability to work harmoniously with partners and fellow attorneys to effectively serve client needs and contribute to the growth of the client base.
* Minimum 3 years of general liability and/or professional liability experience
* Active membership in good standing with the American Bar Association (ABA).
* Successful completion of the bar exam is a prerequisite.
* Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school is mandatory.
