Providence Staffing’s client is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney to join its growing personal injury practice in Atlanta, Georgia . Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation caseload from discovery through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial, including trial strategy, witness preparation, and exhibit organization.
• Appear in court for hearings, mediations, and other litigation proceedings as required.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and motion practice.
• Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and legal staff to ensure effective case management.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal guidance throughout the litigation process.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience handling plaintiff personal injury litigation .
• Strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure and personal injury law.
• Experience using case management software preferred.
• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia .
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
