Summary

Positive Pathways ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a collaborative and growing program located within an established early childhood learning center.

Positive Pathways ABA operates within Building Foundations Learning Academy, a trusted early childhood program serving the community for over 18 years. This structure allows for a seamless, supportive experience for children and families, while promoting consistency and collaboration throughout the day.

Duties

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs
• Collaborate with staff and families
• Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
• Maintain appropriate documentation and compliance standards

Requirements

• BCBA certification (required)
• Passion for early intervention and working with young children
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work within a team-oriented environment
