Business System Analyst

Duration - 6 Months

Location - San Diego, CA ( Remote )

Job Description:

Experience building dashboards and scorecards (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Databricks AI/BI Dashboards).
Familiarity with Databricks SQL, Unity Catalog, notebooks, or the Databricks SDK.
Hands-on experience building agentic AI workflows using Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI-native coding tools - not just prompting, but building functional automations.
Python scripting proficiency for data manipulation, API integrations, or automation (pandas, requests, etc.)
Working knowledge of prompt engineering, tool use / function calling, and multi-step agent architectures.
Track record managing large-scale cross-functional programs with executive stakeholders at the VP and SVP level
Formal design-thinking or process re-engineering experience (IDEO, Stanford d.school, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent applied methodology)
Demonstrated ability to build agentic AI workflows - not theoretical; show us what you have shipped
Strong analytical orientation with hands-on SQL and dashboard skills
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce executive-ready decks, memos, and status updates with minimal direction
Experience in data & AI platforms and/or enterprise software GTM
Familiarity with partner ecosystem management and professional services governance
Background in sales enablement, GTM operations, or field engineering programs
Experience at Databricks or with Databricks products
