We are growing and looking for Certified Remediation Technicians.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Must be a IICRC certified or have the knowledge to test to obtain certification.
• Must have trade experience and knowledge in drywall, paint, and preferably minor carpentry
• Previous experience in residential water loss.
• Understanding and following proper protocol for water, mold and fire repairs.
• Knowledge of proper moisture mapping and documentation.
• Experience in equipment setting, usage, monitoring and inventory is required.
• Previous experience in setting containments, demo, sample tagging, prep and cleaning for air testing.
• Must have clean diving record, with the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Reliable and dependable for daily work assignments.
• Required to work on call and after hours as part of the EMS team.
• Must have common tools to perform daily assignments.
• Customer Service experience is required, must be able to discuss remediation concerns, and needed corrections with clients and management daily.
• Previous documentation, estimating and report writing a plus.
• Flooring repairs a plus. (carpet kick back, stretching, and pad installation)
• Previous other trade repair knowledge is a plus.

We offer a competitive hourly wage ($25 - $32 DOE), full benefits, company vehicle and gas card.
