Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate in-house 3-axis CNC router machines
• Assist in CAD creation of basic shapes to fulfill production requests
• Collaborate with designers, carpenters, and team leaders using provided cut files and priority lists
• Maintain equipment as per manufacturer guidelines, including maintenance schedules, greasing, and cleanliness
• Ensure a safe working environment and organize machine input/output processes
• Support high-volume production requirements while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Skills:

• 3+ years of experience operating production-style CNC routers
• Proficiency in V-Carve Pro, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel
• Experience with Multicam or similar CNC equipment software
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of display, product, and industrial design
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work 40+ hours per week, including weekends during peak periods
• Personal tool kit required
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience running production-style CNC routers

Education/Experience:

• 4-year BA degree preferred
• AA degree or trade school completion with relevant experience will also be considered
