COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION LEAD PROJECT MANAGER

COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as acting Project Manager or Senior Project Manager

· Strong communication skills with Superintendents, Project Engineer's, Subcontractor's and Owner's/Clients

· Assist with jobsite schedules to bring projects in on time and under budget

· Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner

· Ability to identify and solve problems
