Construction Project Manager – Lehigh Valley, PA

A well-established and growing general contractor in the Lehigh Valley is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a great opportunity to join a reputable firm with a strong pipeline of work across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects including schools, healthcare facilities, commercial buildings, and public works
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Lead project meetings and coordinate with field staff, architects, and engineers
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
• Experience with projects such as educational, municipal, or healthcare facilities preferred
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
