Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, energetic, and highly organized Content & Marketing Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Aliso Viejo, CA. This role is ideal for a brand marketing and content production professional who enjoys working closely with executive leadership, building a strong digital presence, and turning ideas into engaging content that supports brand growth.
The Content & Marketing Manager will help elevate a respected private lending brand by producing professional content, strengthening client and partner relationships, and driving digital marketing performance. This is a highly visible role with access to supportive leadership, a collaborative team environment, and opportunities to influence brand strategy, executive thought leadership, and long-term marketing growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand consistency across social media, website, email, events, and other marketing channels.
- Plan, coordinate, and produce high-quality videos, photography, podcasts, interviews, events, and related content from concept through completion.
- Partner directly with executive leadership to create educational, engaging, and thought leadership-driven content.
- Manage social media content, website updates, email campaigns, and marketing automation to increase engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, strategic partners, industry professionals, and campaign stakeholders.
- Monitor analytics, evaluate marketing trends, and implement data-driven improvements to increase campaign performance and business growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $105,000 to $120,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead brand marketing strategy and maintain a consistent, professional brand presence across digital and traditional channels.
- Produce executive content, videos, photography, podcasts, interviews, events, and campaign assets.
- Manage social media, website content, email campaigns, marketing automation, and digital engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate partner, influencer, and industry relationship campaigns from planning through execution.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, content production, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Content Producer, Influencer Assistant or Producer, Brand Marketing Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, content calendars, audience engagement, and emerging content trends.
- Experience developing content that supports thought leadership, brand awareness, lead generation, and client relationship building.
- Excellent writing, communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, stakeholders, and content deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with strong critical thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives, founders, or senior leaders with thought leadership, personal branding, or public-facing content.
- Background in private lending, real estate, construction, financial services, or other relationship-driven B2B industries.
- Hands-on experience with video production, podcast production, photography coordination, event content, and short-form social media content.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, website content management systems, and analytics reporting.
