Promoting business partner understanding for how content can improve business outcomes
Supporting content transformation efforts in DCMS that increase process automation, making content easier to produce and consume
location: Covington, Kentucky
job type: Contract
salary: $32 - 33 per hour
work hours: 8am to 5pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Writing, editing, and publishing digital content using modern content management applications
- Professional experience in benefits administration, outsourcing administration, and/or financial services
- Knowledge of Workplace Investing product offerings and how they are serviced
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Strong business and technical writing skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to build, edit, and publish succinct, clear, and effective content for a diverse set of content consumers
- Conducting content quality checks to ensure successful publishing and adherence to style guides and standards
- Collaborating with peers and partners to clarify requirements, prioritize delivery, and gain approvals prior to publication
- Balancing pace and quality in a high-volume production environment to meet tight delivery timeframes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal business partners

Producing timely, quality compliant, easy-to-use content that drives achievement of business performance objectives
Understanding project relationships, how changes in one area may impact another, and responding instinctively
Proactively maintaining an understanding of the latest product, process, and technology developments that could impact content delivery
