Volkswagen of Corpus Christi is looking for motivated individuals to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy working with people and want a career with strong income potential, we want to meet you. No automotive sales experience is required — we will train the right person. Our dealership provides the training, support, and customer traffic needed to help you succeed. What You’ll Do

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Demonstrate Volkswagen vehicles and explain features and benefits
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and referrals
• Work with management to achieve monthly sales goals

What We’re Looking For

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Ability to work Saturdays
• Valid driver’s license

Compensation

• $3,000 monthly draw against commissions
• Realistic earning potential of $60,000 – $120,000+ per year
