Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and executing marketing events, promotions, and brand activations
• Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
• Communicate with team members, vendors, and event staff to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare event materials, displays, and promotional assets
• Help manage guest interactions, registrations, and event flow
• Troubleshoot issues in real time to maintain a positive attendee experience
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet campaign and event goals
• Collect feedback and assist with post-event reporting and performance tracking
