Job Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues including network connectivity, hardware problems, and software errors.
• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software as needed.
• Document all help desk interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Manage user accounts and permissions for various systems and applications.
• Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a help desk specialist or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously.

Desired Experience:

Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $34,000 - $40,000 per year
• Currency: USD
