Wages:
Job Type: Full-time
JRT does perform  a significant amount prevailing wage work and wages on those projects vary and are published by the State or Federal Agency.

Range:  $35.00 - $52.00 per hour DOE for Private Work

Job Description: 
We are looking for a commercial HVAC/Sheet Metal foreman or installers with at least 2 years HVAC/Sheet Metal experience. The duties for the journeyman position include:

• Layout, measure, and mark out dimensions
• Assemble and Install heating, ventilating, and air conditioning duct work
• Install copper refrigerant lines, including brazing and soldering
• Assemble and install HVAC equipment
• Work off of sheet metal shop drawings and plans to install duct work and equipment
• Take field measurements, calculate offsets, and perform layouts
• Follow all established safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Additional requirements for candidates interested in a Foreman position:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to insure appropriate manpower and material
• Manage and direct HVAC/Sheet Metal Crews
• Conduct safety inspections and pre-task plans
• Attend weekly meetings with General Contractor/Owner
• Daily task assignment for all crew members
• Daily Reports and Timecards
