Description
The Manager, Income Tax Accounting leads all aspects of income tax accounting and reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and year-end tax provisions and financial statement disclosures. This role partners closely with third-party tax preparers, manages income tax audits, and leads a team of tax professionals. The position plays a key role in ongoing growth initiatives and an upcoming general ledger system upgrade. While scoped at the Manager level, candidates with Director-level experience may be considered.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred 6+ years of corporate income tax experience in public accounting or a large corporate environment Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to partner cross-functionally Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle ambiguity in a fast-growing environment Willingness to work on-site in Springfield, MO and commit long-term to the location

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
