Job Description

Salary: $70,000 - 90,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in HVAC/mechanical systems design
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with other CAD software is advantageous
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, manufacturing methods, and construction processes
• Strong technical drawing capabilities
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and ability to perform well under pressure
• Capacity to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently
• Understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and quality standards

• Create and draft intricate mechanical systems for diverse construction projects utilizing Revit
• Collaborate with the project team to devise innovative and effective design solutions
• Examine and interpret project specifications, ensuring designs conform to necessary requirements
• Perform detailed calculations to determine installation norms and standards
• Inspect installations and monitor operations to ensure adherence to design, equipment specifications, and safety regulations
• Work closely with fellow designers, drafters, and engineers to guarantee coordinated design systems
• Offer technical guidance to project personnel as necessary
• Continuously enhance knowledge and remain updated with new technologies and equipment
• Ensure all work aligns with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on progress and challenges
