Litigation Associate Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex litigation for public entity clients
- Work on constitutional, civil rights, land use, wildfire, and class action cases
- Develop litigation strategy and manage cases from start to finish
- Draft and argue motions in state and federal court
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of litigation experience
- Experience with public entity/government clients
- Familiarity with government claims procedures and constitutional/statutory defenses
- Comfortable litigating in both state and federal court
- Strong research, writing, and strategic thinking skills
- Able to handle nuanced constitutional arguments clearly and persuasively
