Job Description

Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

Direct all mechanical and electrical maintenance activities in a heavy industrial facility

Lead, schedule, and develop maintenance technicians and supervisors

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs

Manage maintenance budgets, parts, and outside contractors

Oversee equipment upgrades, outages, and capital improvement projects

Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies

Coordinate with operations to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Mechanical Engineering or related discipline)

Minimum 5 years of plant maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Prior experience managing maintenance teams

Strong working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

Experience with CMMS systems (SAP or similar preferred)

Ability to work in a demanding industrial setting and participate in on-call support

Must be eligible to work in the United States without restriction and without the need for current or future sponsorship.
