Job Description
The Office Manager is the heartbeat of the workplace. This role requires a master multitasker who can balance administrative precision with a people-first attitude. You will ensure the office runs like a well-oiled machine, supporting everything from executive logistics to the daily "vibes" of the team.
salary: $20 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Operates copiers and fax machines.
Calls for repairs to office equipment.
Opens and distributes incoming mail, answers correspondence, and prepares outgoing mail.
Gives information to customers.
Greets visitors, ascertains nature of business, and conducts visitors to employer or appropriate
person.
Answers telephone and gives information to callers, or routes call to appropriate official.
Composes and types routine correspondence.
Files correspondence and other records. Arranges travel schedules and reservations.
Records minutes of staff meetings.
Confirms, and finalizes all buy outs and PO receipts.
Performs Test report verification
Codes and enters all AP invoices for management approval
Scans all official documents into Imaging process in a timely manner
Finalizes and invoices Sales Orders
Performs material expedites with mills/vendors for all branch related POs
Maintain inventory of all office supplies and place required purchase orders.
Handles tracking of customer orders, tracking of incoming purchase orders, retrieving POD for
customers.
