Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and professional Office Manager to lead daily operations. You will be the "culture carrier" of our workspace, ensuring our team has the resources they need to succeed while maintaining the southern hospitality our clients expect. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can navigate everything from vendor management to executive support with ease.

salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, including supply procurement, mail distribution, and maintaining a "client-ready" environment.
• Coordinate high-level meetings, manage complex calendars, and assist with travel logistics for the leadership team.

• Handle light bookkeeping, including processing invoices, managing expense reports, and monitoring the office budget.

• Assist with onboarding new hires, managing local payroll queries, and organizing team-building events in the Franklin/Nashville area.

• Manage contracts and relationships with local service providers (IT support, janitorial, catering, etc.).

• Identify inefficiencies in office workflows and implement digital solutions (e.g., automated scheduling or inventory tracking).
