As the first point of contact for our online customers, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional service experience that reflects our company's commitment to quality and well-being. You will be responsible for providing accurate product information, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer journey.

Responsibilities

* Engage with customers in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner via our online live chat platform.
* Develop a comprehensive knowledge of our product range to provide customers with accurate information and guidance.
* Assist customers with enquiries related to orders, shipping, payments, and returns.
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution.
* Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communications.
* Identify and escalate priority issues to the relevant department when necessary.
* Document customer interactions and feedback within our CRM system to help us improve our services and product offerings.
* Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously without compromising on the quality of support.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online or e-commerce environment.
* Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
* Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
* A patient, empathetic, and customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
* Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems is highly advantageous.
