Polisher

Pay: $18–$20 /hr (Based on experience)

Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 a.m. to 3:30/4:00 p.m.

Location: Oviedo, FL

Job Summary

A manufacturing company in Oviedo, FL is hiring  Polishers to support the production of stainless‑steel toilets, sinks, and other correctional‑facility bathroom fixtures. You will grind, polish, and finish stainless‑steel components after welding.

Quick interviews and fast turnaround! Spanish speakers welcome. Positions will fill quickly.

Responsibilities

• Grind, polish, and deburr stainless‑steel components
• Use hand and power tools such as grinder wheels and polishing tools
• Understand tool ratings (RPM and torque)
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) as assigned
• Recommend improvements to production processes

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with metal polishing, grinding, or deburring
• Comfortable operating power tools for extended periods
• Knowledge of grinder wheels, polishing tools, and tool performance ratings
• Ability to follow safety and production procedures

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oviedo, FL.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
