Candidate Requirements We are looking for passionate, dedicated candidates who meet the following criteria:

• At least 1 year of LA restaurant cooking experience.
• Must have flexible availability and be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Prior fine dining experience is a plus but not required.
