Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Public Relations Assistant to support our team in planning and executing impactful event-based public relations campaigns . In this role, you will help coordinate events, manage communications, and contribute to maintaining a strong and positive public image.

Key Responsibilities

As an Entry-Level Event Public Relations Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the development and execution of event-based PR campaigns and communication strategies
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of live events, press conferences, and media appearances
  • Conducting research to support event planning and public relations initiatives
  • Providing administrative and logistical support for events and PR activities
  • Building and maintaining relationships with media contacts, event partners, and stakeholders
  • Assisting with crisis communication during events when needed
  • Tracking and evaluating event performance and campaign effectiveness
