Job Description

The law office of Reynolds Johnston Hinton, LLP in Bowling Green, KY seeks an individual to join our firm as a part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant/Runner to provide administrative and office support to attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and all other staff.

Job Tasks:

• Covering front desk when needed, including answering and directing phone calls and meeting clients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Performing administrative tasks in a timely manner (including but not limited to): filing, scanning, copying, outside mailings, deliveries, etc.
• Hand delivery of important documents to clients and filings of legal documents with court officials with the ability to prioritize certain tasks over others. Note: This will require your own vehicle for local deliveries.

Other duties may be assigned as needed and based on job performance.

Required Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:

• Multitasker and ability to prioritize tasks
• Self-directed and autonomous (i.e., willingness to ask questions when unsure and to ask for additional work when there are lulls)
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clients and staff.
• Experience with data entry and computerized record keeping is beneficial.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and willingness to learn new skills.

Pay: Hourly based on experience plus mileage if applicable*.

*Runner mileage reimbursed at the current federal rate per mile driven.
