Position Overview:

We are currently seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for our Lima clinic. No prior experience is required; we provide all training in-house and cover certification expenses. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a rewarding career in ABA therapy with strong growth potential, including over $2,000 in additional bonuses within your first year based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA therapy services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders
• Assist the BCBA in conducting behavioral and skill reassessments as needed
• Collaborate on creating, updating, and implementing individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Assist with daily living care needs during therapy sessions
• Deliver evidence-based social skills, behavioral, and other ABA interventions
• Build and maintain positive relationships with families and caregivers
• Complete scheduled therapy sessions and thorough documentation in electronic systems
• Identify opportunities for patient progress and provide feedback to BCBA

Qualifications:

• Willingness to obtain and maintain RBT certification (company-paid training and fees)
• Ability to meet BACB supervision requirements after certification
• Clear criminal background check as required by law
• Strong organizational and communication skills---both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Commitment to ethical and evidence-based practices
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• English proficiency required

Work Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 8-hour day shifts
• In-person clinic setting
