Join a collaborative and high-performing corporate reserving team dedicated to delivering excellence through data-driven insights and actuarial precision. As a Reserving Actuary, you will lead reserve analyses, support strategic decision-making, and help enhance reserving processes and tools.



Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and present loss reserve analyses with clear assumptions and trend insights.
  • Design and deliver compelling exhibits and reporting tools.
  • Lead statutory and corporate reporting tasks, including regulatory responses.
  • Collaborate with analysts, leadership and cross-functional business units.
  • Drive continuous improvement in actuarial processes and reserve monitoring tools.


Requirements:

  • ACAS or FCAS designation
  • Four to six years of actuarial experience, with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Deep knowledge of reserving techniques, data modeling and financial operations
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, SAS or VBA
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for collaboration and innovation


Pay Range:

The anticipated pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually.

The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
