This role is a key driver of our Walmart business, responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding into new categories, and shaping product strategies that reach new consumers. You’ll work at the intersection of sales, insights, and innovation—helping bring natural, high-quality products (“grown, not made”) to one of the largest retailers in the world.

Job Description

• Analyze and track sales, profit, and market share performance across categories to identify growth opportunities within Walmart
• Translate syndicated and internal data into actionable insights that influence pricing, promotions, assortment, and category strategy
• Lead new item launches and evaluate seasonal and promotional performance to inform future planning
• Serve as a key voice of the consumer by leveraging insights to support line reviews and customer presentations
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Brand, and Supply Chain teams to support annual planning and ongoing business performance
• Deliver clear, concise updates to leadership on Walmart performance, risks, and opportunities
• Manage and maintain trade plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years of experience in sales analytics, category management, or consumer insights (CPG or retail preferred)
• Experience working with syndicated data sources required
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data modeling); PowerPoint proficiency for storytelling
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn large datasets into clear business recommendations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
• Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills
