Scheduling Coordinator Full-Time In-Office
Schedule: MondayFriday 2:00 PM 10:00 PM
Location: KRE Security LLC 16600 Pottsville Pike Hamburg PA 19526

KRE Security LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our fast-paced administrative team in our Hamburg PA office. This is a full-time in-office position offering a consistent schedule and the opportunity to play a critical role in daily operations.

What Youll Do

• Create manage and adjust daily and weekly staff schedules across multiple client locations
• Monitor attendance track employee availability and respond quickly to call-offs or last-minute changes
• Communicate effectively with employees and supervisors to fill open shifts and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Maintain accurate scheduling records using company software and databases
• Use Microsoft 365 Google Workspace and Outlook to manage communication and daily tasks
• Work closely with management and Hiring/Recruitment to support staffing needs and operational goals
• Provide professional service while handling sensitive information with confidentiality

What Were Looking For

• 13 years of experience in scheduling dispatching or workforce coordination in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Google applications and Outlook
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to stay focused and efficient in a fast-paced setting
• Dependable punctual and committed to high-quality work
• Must be able to work on-site in the Hamburg PA office

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $20.00 per hour
• Pay Increases: Raises at 6 months and 1 year plus a 3% annual increase thereafter
• Paid Time Off: 1 week of PTO accruing after a 60-day probationary period
• Benefits: Medical dental and vision coverage available after the probationary period
