Job Description:
Looking for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our Workday HCM environment. This role focuses on production support, configuration, data quality, UAT, and reporting while partnering closely with HR COEs, Product, and Engineering teams.
What You'll Do
Provide day to day Workday production and operational support across HCM modules.
Support Core HCM, Talent & Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, and Reporting.
Configure and validate Workday changes while assessing downstream impacts.
Execute hands on UAT for enhancements, major initiatives, and upgrades.
Support inbound/outbound integrations, EIBs, and mass data loads.
Create HRIS documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
