Job Description

The Snow Plow Driver at Cutting Edge plays a vital role in supporting snow removal operations by maintaining commercial properties during the upcoming winter season. This is an on-call position, meaning work hours will vary depending on weather conditions and workload. The ideal candidate is someone who has a valid driver's license with prior experience, is someone that pays attention to detail and can be counted on.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a snow plow equipped with ice melt liquid tanks
• Complete required paperwork
• Perform pre-trip inspection on work truck and equipment
• Remove snow in drive lanes and parking stalls
• Assist with snow removal, site cleanup, and other winter-related tasks
• Operate equipment safely (training provided)
• Follow directions and work efficiently with the team
• Maintain safety standards on all job sites

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must be available on short notice during snow events
• Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions
• Dependable and punctual
• Must have reliable transportation to and from our shop

Schedule:

• On-call, as needed during the winter months
• Must be available during weekends and holidays
• Shifts can vary

Pay:

• Competitive — based on experience
• Supplemental Pay
