The Role: We seek a talented and experienced 'Spa Manager'.

Description Brief: As Spa Manager aboard Scenic Ocean Cruises, you will lead all aspects of the spa, salon, and fitness operations to deliver a serene and luxurious wellness experience at sea. You will oversee daily operations across treatment rooms, salon services, wet areas, and fitness facilities, ensuring consistent, high-quality service that aligns with brand standards. The role includes managing appointments, guest satisfaction, team scheduling, and training while also directly supporting service delivery in areas such as massage therapy, hair styling, or wellness coaching.

A strong leader and motivator, the Spa Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and enforcing compliance with safety and maritime labor regulations. To be visible and leading and inspiring the team onboard, as well as training them on different aspects of the Spa operation, such as customer service and Company Spa standards.

This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to a dynamic onboard environment.

Minimum Requirements: 

Hotel School Diploma or similar preferred; Fluent English, written and spoken and good knowledge of one other (foreign) language, (i.e. Spanish, French, Italian).; Excellent Communication skills; Proven experience as a coach and mentor; Proficiency in spa systems; Excellent organisational, communication, and coaching skills; Demonstrated shipboard experience is preferred, but not essential; Previous experience in luxury wellness management in a manager role;
