Job Summary: We are hiring a Team Lead – Ski Lift Maintenance Technician to help guide our lift maintenance team and ensure the reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all aerial and surface lift systems. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for coordinating daily tasks, mentoring team members, and setting the standard for quality and safety in all maintenance activities. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for working in the mountain environment.

The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $41.47/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
