Job Description

Salary: $111,122 - 201,653 per year Requirements:

  • We are looking for 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in technical product management, business analysis, or a closely related discipline.
  • We need experience leading or co-leading moderately scoped initiatives and delivering measurable business results.
  • We value experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is preferred.

  • We maintain traceability matrices and uphold requirements quality standards.
  • We collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • We conduct impact and feasibility assessments for proposed features and capabilities.
  • We develop cost-benefit analyses, ROI projections, and KPI forecasts for strategic initiatives.
  • We assess resource needs, timelines, risks, and technical dependencies across systems.
  • We evaluate technical, operational, and business viability for complex solution implementations.
  • We measure outcomes using business KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics.
  • We establish feedback loops and track product success against business objectives.
  • We adjust product direction based on results and changing business needs.
  • We collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity.

  • We define and own features within an Agile Release Train and coordinate with partner ARTs when needed.
  • We align teams to ensure synchronized delivery of dependencies and manage cross-team execution.
  • We identify and help resolve technical dependencies across complex systems.
  • We participate in PI Planning and dependency management sessions, supporting follow-through.
  • We contribute to product vision and roadmap while owning and managing a well-prioritized backlog.
  • We support roadmap planning aligned with enterprise goals and objectives.
  • We help build quarterly and multi-quarter plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • We communicate plans and progress effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • We balance immediate delivery needs with longer-term roadmap priorities.
