Job Description

Salary: $84,000 - 124,000 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in a relevant field preferred
• Extensive experience in troubleshooting and maintaining voice and data network operations
• Strong understanding of telecom systems, including Wide Area Networks (WAN) and Metropolitan Area Networks (MAN)
• Proficient in performance tuning, error tracking, and data movement
• Familiarity with scripting for task automation
• Experience in project management and system integration
• Ability to design and implement network solutions aligned with business needs
• Strong analytical skills for assessing network configurations
• Excellent communication skills to provide training and support to technical teams
• Current certification in data/voice technologies is a plus

• Plan and coordinate future developments of Enterprise Telecom/Data networks
• Design network solutions that align with organizational vision and strategy
• Manage network performance by analyzing configurations and providing improvement recommendations
• Integrate and install system components within the existing technical environment
• Maintain operations of telecom systems, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest versions
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Provide training and guidance to both technical staff and clients as necessary
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with other departments
