Tool & Model Maker

$32–$44/hr + $7,500 Sign-On Bonus | 1st & 2nd Shift

As a Tool & Model Maker , you’ll support manufacturing by building, improving, and troubleshooting production tooling, including:

• Stamping and injection molding dies
• CNC machining fixtures
• Inspection gages, assembly tooling, and test equipment

You’ll work from CAD models, drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions while collaborating with a skilled team in a hands-on tool room environment.

• Build, modify, and troubleshoot production tools
• Operate machine tools and standard tool room equipment
• Use precision measuring instruments
• Analyze problems and develop practical tooling solutions
• Manage work to meet quality and schedule expectations Follow all safety rules and best practices
  

• High school diploma or GED
• Tool room experience with production tooling
• Ability to read and work from CAD drawings and prints
• Strong problem-solving and job-planning skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively
