Assist with conduit bending, wire pulling, fixture installation, and commercial electrical rough-ins
Support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial electrical systems
Maintain organized, safe, and productive jobsites
Follow NEC standards, jobsite safety requirements, and company procedures
Work collaboratively with crews to help projects stay on schedule
Demonstrate reliability, productivity, and a strong willingness to learn the trade
Perform work in active commercial construction environments
Work safely at heights and on lifts as needed

1-4 years of commercial electrical or related trade experience preferred
Basic understanding of commercial electrical systems, wiring methods, and jobsite safety
Familiarity with NEC guidelines and electrical safety practices
Ground-up commercial construction experience preferred
Reliable transportation required
Valid driver’s license required
Ability to work overtime as needed, with current schedules averaging 50-55+ hours per week
Comfortable working at heights, on lifts, and active commercial construction jobsites
Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and perform physical job duties
Experience using basic electrical tools and equipment
Strong work ethic with a self-motivated, team-first mentality
Reliable and dependable attendance
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
