Salary: $36,000 - 46,000 per year Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a 2-year or 4-year degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret business requirements and form logic
• Familiarity with common productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Excel, and Teams
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for documenting findings, clarifying questions, and providing updates
• Capacity to work independently while also collaborating within a team in a structured project environment
• Eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies, including low-code and citizen-development tools
• Preferred: Familiarity with low-code or citizen-development platforms like SmartIQ or Power Apps
• Preferred: Understanding of digital form design, data structures, or workflow concepts from coursework or projects
• Preferred: Exposure to Agile methodologies or collaborative project work
• Preferred: Experience in testing, validating logic, or ensuring accuracy and usability
• Preferred: Strong attention to detail when handling structured data or documenting processes
• Preferred: Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing project needs

• Engage in discovery, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Analyze existing forms, workflows, and business needs to capture requirements and document current processes
• Assist in the development and configuration of modern data-capture forms, such as SmartIQ, and participate in authorized citizen-development activities
• Test and validate form logic, data flow, usability, and accuracy by developing test cases and logging issues
• Collaborate with team members to facilitate iterative improvements
• Create and maintain project documentation, including configuration notes and process diagrams to ensure consistency and usability in future projects
