What You’ll Do:

As a Dispatcher, you’ll be responsible for  coordinating service requests, prioritizing urgent calls, and ensuring technicians have accurate job details . You’ll update customers throughout the day, maintain organized records, and help create an outstanding customer experience.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in logistics and dispatching
• Competence in using multi-line phone systems and data entry tools
