Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events and community programs
• Support event setup and breakdown , including signage, materials, and equipment
• Manage event logistics , supplies, and on-site coordination
• Greet and engage attendees, delivering a positive and professional customer experience
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
• Collect and track event attendance, engagement, and feedback metrics
• Assist with post-event reporting and analysis

Qualifications
