Prospect and connect with individuals, families, and business owners within assigned markets
Conduct in-person consultations to assess financial goals and protection needs
Educate clients on insurance, retirement, and wealth-building strategies
Build strong long-term client relationships through trust, communication, and consistent follow-up
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and networking to closing and ongoing client support
Develop customized financial solutions tailored to each client’s needs
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities using CRM systems
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales and activity goals
Participate in networking events, community outreach, and referral-building opportunities

Must reside in St. Louis, MO
Previous sales experience
