This position plays an integral part in carrying out the Core Values and Brand Pillars of Boreal Ridge Corporation including Boreal Mountain Resort Woodward Tahoe and Soda Springs Resort. Coaches at BRC are our Passionate People who make our Innovative Environments accessible to our guests and bring our Dynamic Programming to life!

TheCamp Coachs mission is to foster a positive and nurturing environment for kids while at are expected to teach campers in all aspects ofaction sports relativeto the campers must have strong skills within their sport and strong communication instruct campers in carious camp sports and activitiesand theyare responsible forup to 10 campers between the ages of theyare responsible forthe daily needs of each camper when they are not in instructional includes eating meals with them making sure they get to activities on time helping them call homeetc.

essential functions & Major responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction for safe skill progression and a fun learning environment

• Develop caring relationships with campers and help provide the best camp experience

• Make sure the basic needs of your campers are met both physiological and emotional

• Be present and assist with camper check-in and check-out procedures communicate with parents daily

• Be aware ofinjuries special needs allergies and/or mediations and communicate with medical staffand parents

• Participatein recreation activities with enthusiasm and encourage campers to do the same

• Always uphold the highest standard of professionalism in appearance and behavior: arrive on time maintain a positive and friendly attitude behave in a mannerappropriate toour youngest campers (4 years old)

• General cleaning and maintenance of facilities including the BunkerCafeteria Meeting Areas and campus and other duties as assigned
