Job Description
The Production Line Operator is responsible for running a production line safely and efficiently. This role involves overseeing operations from dough mixing to tortilla packaging, ensuring the overall performance of the line. Operators are classified by tier (T1, T2, and T3), which determines their responsibilities and rewards. This position is critical to our operations, directly impacting company metrics.

Work Environment
Our world-class, SQF certified facility in Caldwell, Idaho, has been producing high-quality tortillas for over 45 years. We employ over 300 full-time employees and produce approximately 5 million tortillas per day, serving customers worldwide. Our commitment to quality and excellence has established us as a leading manufacturer of flour and corn tortilla
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, ID.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00/hr.
